What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To notify or prevent more than one person at a time to edit a Sales Order. | Frequency: Nultiple time per week | There are multiple team members who are responsible for reviewing and editting Sales orders for different reasons.
One person might be updating the Sales Order based on new pricing informatino while another person may be updating the Sales Order based on the bid information.
If both people are in the reconrd at the same time the person that saves the Sales Order first will have their changes saved and the second person will loose all their changes.
