Name of Feature/Request: Be able to add Terms and Conditions to Standard Estimates

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Weekly | Need to add Terms and Conditions to Estimates that aren’t Contract Managed. Terms include communication to the Customer letting them know about Convenience Fee charges for example.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Add Terms and Conditions in manually onto the Footer Section of the Estimate Format.
Add in a Custom Field on the Estimate to then copy and paste in the Terms and Conditions upon Estimate creation.
Use Page Breaks in the Format.
