Name of Feature/Request: Be able to add Discount when creating a Payment
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Be able to add Discount when creating a Payment. | Frequency: Multiple times a month | It will take less steps if there is an option to add a Discount directly from the Payment instead of having to create a Credit and then apply to Invoices.

I recommended Tom to add the Discount as a line item on the discount but this won’t work because July Update for review again:
I recommended Tom to add the Sale but this won’t work because then the Invoice would not be accurate because it won’t reflect the correct commission amount. Tom Pays commission for what the invoice was originally set for so commissions would not be correct if he just added a discount to the invoice. Ideally the feature would be added on the page where the payment is applied to a transaction. Apply payment to invoices. be able to apply discount, apply discount before applying payment after selecting apply to an invoice. See screenshot below for reference in Description.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Currently creating a Credit Memo in Striven and applying it to Invoice after Invoice has already been created. Tom doesn’t add the discount to the Invoice until after it’s been created because he doesn’t know if that person will be needing a Discount under it is time to create the Payment.
