What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow for Discounts on Payment Terms to apply to AR TransactionsScenario: If they pay within 10 days they get a 3% discount on their invoice.Note: This is currently only allowed for AP Transactions | Frequency: At minimum of 3 times a week
Attempted Solutions So Far: We had asked about this in the past (I think from the prior contact) and support had mentioned the same thing that you did recently, to add a negative line item on those invoices which is what accounting has been doing.
This causes issues because the person entering the payment would always have to check and confirm if the invoice is being paid off in time or not and manually adjust the invoice.
Trying to avoid human error and the extra steps.
