What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The ability to assign Customers an email and password for the portal. | Frequency: Daily | Customers are having issues reliably getting in the portal and becoming frustrated. Some solution is required. In the near term, the Portal is not working for our clients and therefore, not for us.
