Name of Feature/Request: Allow the Credit Memo Format to print in the order the items are listed on the internal view of the Credit Memo
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allowing the Credit Memo format to print in the order the items are listed on the internal view of the credit memo | Frequency: Whenever a credit memo is needed to reverse charges from an invoice. | 1. There are some invoiced items that need to be grouped together for clarity (for example, in CA we are required to collect a tax on lumber products, so when invoicing/crediting the lumber product item and lumber tax items are grouped together on invoices/credit memos for clarity). 2. When crediting an entire invoice it makes sense for the credit memo to follow the same order as the invoice for easy reconciliation by my company and the customer.3. It is SILLY that the credit memo is treated differently by Striven than the invoice! I do not see a logical reason that the format of the credit memo on screen should print any differently. Users would appreciated consistency across your platform.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Attempting to re-order items using my PDF editing software is not a feasible use of my time.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Credit Memos are being printed as-is; there is no fix availble for me to provide a credit memo to my customers with a logical order to the items being credited.
