How is the user accomplishing now / past: NA
Steps Taken: Guided steps to add phone number, | Frequency: New IT clients have been asking for this option. | This will greatly help our IT client to allow their end users to add their mobile numbers on their own. We utilize these mobile number for sensitive requests and call routing into the support team.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Edit the User info from the Users section on portal but the Users not having the permission to edit contacts cannot use this feature. Allow any IT client’s user the ability to add their own phone number under their My Info section will be perfect for this.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: This is a manual process required by either Miles IT support or the client contact that has Full Access or Support Coordinator access to Striven.
