Adjust the Customer Number Sequence
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:
Having the ability to change the Customer Number sequence will give the company more control for how they would like the customers to identified when added to the system.
Attempted Solutions So Far:
Edit the customer # after it’s been created on the Customer Dashboard.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:
Cannot change the sequence currenty so it requires a manual effort to update the number. There are cases when the company tries to match the sequence from a prior software as well.
