Name of Feature/Request: Add text “Shipping & Handling” on line added by system to print formats and/or allow opt-out of line
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: We are seeking a change to the row that automatically populates on the invoice format when an amount is entered in the S&H box on the invoice screen. Do you see what I’m referring to? In your test system, on an invoice, if you enter an amount in the S&H box on the right side of any line item row and then generate an invoice document, you should see an additional line below the items on the invoice. That line has an Item Name (Shipping & Handling) and an amount, however, we are requesting that the developers add to the Description field the words “Shipping & Handling” or “S & H”. Our final invoice formats do not include the Name field, so for us, it just looks like a blank line.Alternatively, we’re requesting the option to remove that automatically populated line from the invoice format. Just showing the amount of shipping in the footer of the invoice is sufficiently clear. For us, a line with no description only adds confusion.Image: | Frequency: During Operations
