The driver then goes back to the office and updates the order to remove anything that was not left with the customer. The problem is that Dustin and the management team can never figure out exactly who is making these changes and therefore would like a snapshot history option for sales orders. I did discuss the change order route with Dustin but he says that would require too much process for his employees and wants something simpler to track.Another Scenario: One of our reps thought that they clicked “Actions-copy” however they did not, they went through and changed a sales order to a different customer, deleted the attachments, and changed everything. Hopefully, we have a physical paper of the old order or we lose the previous customer’s order and all information within. | Frequency: Multiple Times a Day
