What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have a ‘Next Appt’ field show in Opportunities and Reports.Things to Consider: He does have a workaround however he would like to have the correct field there.Suggested Alternative Solutions: Right now he uses the Follow Up date as the Appt Date.
