Name of Feature/Request: Ability to Restrict Rating Categories Based on User Role or Association to Item
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Non-primary users do not often use the section, but some have found the happy face in the upper right corner of their portal as the “easiest” option. | It would be useful to be able to restrict certain rating areas based on user role, or association to that item. For example, any standard user can rate the “Overall” happiness rating on the customer dashboard vs. the task or project they are directly working with us on. Users typically use this as if it is a task rating, but it doesn’t have the same automation and impacts. This leads the team to need to manually dig to understand the relation to our work vs. it being directly associated within the system. Customer primaries, for example, should definitely be able to rate the “overall” section, as they interact with the many different aspects of our services. Standard users typically interact with an item (task, project, sales order, etc.) that they are directly associated with.
Attempted Solutions So Far: No existing features of Striven allow this. We currently manually dig to understand the direct relation to our work, or ask the user.
