Name of Feature/Request: Ability to Drag and Drop the sorting in Calendar
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the ability to move (click and drag) or somehow control the sorting of the calendar. | Frequency: For me it happens all the time since I am scheduling our service techs, others in my company might not be affected at all | I would think anyone using the calendar much and needing to track multiple people (I have 4 techs I need to track) would use a feature like this a lot. It seems like a rather simple request to just be able to choose which names come first on the calendar, restricting it to be exactly however the people are named in the system originally seems restrictive. Let me rename them and go off that name, which I tried and it doesn’t let me change the order. Just let me pick the order I want to see them so the techs I schedule the most can come first.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Melissa asked if I had tried full screen on the calendar, which I tried at that time and it might have helped a little, but not nearly enough. Maybe if I could go higher resolution, but our monitors will not support it.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: A HUGE quality of life feature would be to make it so you can move the calendar around. Meaning if I have 4 people named A, B, C, and D, it would be nice to be able to move D before A if I tend to schedule more for that person rather then have to always scroll down and use the slider to move the screen over since the entire calendar won’t fit on my screen. | Previously accomplished: Currently I scroll to the right to get the other half of the calendar on my scree. I have 4 techs that I can’t move around so however their main name is in the system, that’s how they are showing on the calendar. I was Simon to be first or second, but currently he is last forcing me to scroll over all the time. If I could either just pick him to be second, or better yet have each tech be his own calendar that I could move how I want would love my issue. Can you share the impact of this request - how often it occurs, why it’s a priority, and whether there’s any financial impact from not having this feature? For me it happens all the time since I am scheduling our service
