Name of Feature/Request: Ability to cascade date changes based on milestone end dates changing (would require dependencies among milestones)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: At least 1/3 of our Project Management at Miles Technologies need to be adjusted for calendar time due to various delays. We had 2,285 Project Management in 2021, so that’s approximately 750 Project Management times however many milestones & tasks had to be updated
Attempted Solutions So Far: Use the option to update tasks dates when you are updating the milestone date.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Target Dates for Milestones & Tasks all have to be updated individually and manually when a project’s timeline changes for any reason. Most Project Management software (e.g. MS Project) have the ability to cascade calendar time updates to subsequent milestones/tasks automatically (some of which require dependency management)
