Name of Feature/Request: Ability To Add Multiple Customer Price Lists Dependent on Sales Order Type To A Customer
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the ability to add multiple Price Lists per Customers that are specific to Sales Order Types | Frequency: Daily | Utilizing multiple price lists for a single customer is our attempt at a work around for quoting/selling a Sales Order at “List Price” or “MSRP”. Our BOM’s are not 100% and never will be, and as a result we find ourselves adding or changing parts on the Sales Order, which changes the price. We provided the customer with an initial quote and need to stick to that price, regardless of what the total is on the Sales Order. If there was a way to have a Quoted/Sold Amount on the Sales Order. We need the ability to change what price list is used for the sales order type because we have different overall parts/labor markup when we sell parts over the counter, when we do service work, when we do warranty work, and when we do a new build.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: I would like to add an enhancement request to assign a Customer Price List that is dependent on the Sales Order Type. In the attached screenshots, I would like to be able to change the price list used for the same customer based on which sales order type I select. Currently each customer can only be assigned 1 Price list. | Previously accomplished: Currently it is not an option to add multiple price lists to one customer
