What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to add contact category when creating a new contact when using Customers > Contacts | Frequency: Every time a new Contact is added | We have set up contact category to identify the role/department of a contact. For example, if they’re the A/P person, they would be identified as such. When you create a contact, you cannot put in the category.

Should add contacts to the Customer and not using Add Contact method | Previously accomplished: You need to go to the Customer Dashboard for the customer/vendor and then choose contacts to add or edit the category.
