Name of Feature/Request: A way to permanently DISABLE the customer portal

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have a way to permanently disable the Customer Portal. | Frequency: Whenever a contact gets accidental portal access or when the portal login is clicked on the customer/vendor’s dashboard.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Uncheck portal access upon customer/vendor creation in settings.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: We continue to have users accidentally enable portal access for customers and it’s costing us hundreds a year on our subscription. We have no desire to use the portal and really would love a way to permanently disable it so it doesn’t keep getting flipped on. | Previously accomplished: Portal access upon customer/vendor creation is unchecked.
