Name of Feature/Request: Workflow setup
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: During operations | Could you advocate for a WORKFLOW using CONTACTS and the ability to suppress duplicates. The current EMAIL functionality does not support setting up recurring emails. Also, I noticed when I create an EMAIL, and click on SAVE AS TEMPLATE, the template is NOT saved.
To find EMAIL TEMPLATES, you must use the search bar. Once found, an EMAIL TEMPLATE can be setup and saved. Then the EMAIL TEMPLATE can be used.
