Things to Consider: You are currently able to do this when creating tasks from the Task List or the Customer’s Task List https://APP.Striven.com/Tasks/TaskInfo.aspx?nav=1&taskid=0 | Frequency: Daily - Russ has templates set up within his tasks library that he uses regularly to assign out to his employees or to notify customers

The Task Library is a fantastic tool that cannot be used due to the limitations on where it can be accessed. It needs to be able to be accessed everywhere a Task can be created - workflows, customer level, sales order level, opportunity level…

Global settings are needed for Tasks and Opportunities as well.
