Name of Feature/Request: Viewing Inventory in the Customer Portal
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: I am looking to be able to show what a customer has in their inventory in our warehouse space through the portal. | Frequency: daily | So we are a manufacturing business. Customers get their product built and we put it in our warehouse. So we are in charge of a lot of customer’s inventory, which they sometimes pick up all at once, over several periods, or we have a third party logistics agreement and we are the shippers of their product to their consumers. So ideally, the customer would be able to look into the portal by themselves and see how much of their inventory is left. A report might accomplish a similar goal, but that would require someone on our end manually to run and send that report. We are looking to create a more seamless experience for our customers, having more info readily available for them
