Name of Feature/Request: View and track Team data
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To add ways to view and track Team information and the users within them, not just looking at the Team as the user. I.e. adding Teams to the Task data set in Report Builder | Frequency: Everyday | In our case, our installers work in Teams of 2 on the same task. They both need to be paid for doing the same task. The only way to track it is to assign them individually instead of using teams. For now, we are ok doing that. In a year, we won’t be because it will be too difficult to keep track of skills between leads and match them correctly to their apprentices. It breaks automation.
This affects calendars as well, as users in a team can’t see the team’s Tasks on their “My Calendar” because Striven isn’t always seeing the individuals within the Team. For ‘Recent Tasks’ on the dashboard, Striven looks inside the Team for the user. In everything else, so far, Striven looks at the Team as a user in itself.
