Name of Feature/Request: Upload attachments more efficiently from Expenses to Customer T&E Invoices OR bulk download attachments from Expenses
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: Will help prevent users from having to download Attachments from Expense to then reupload to the T&E Invoice especially if there are multiple attachments.
Attempted solutions so far: Utilize T&E Invoices instead of manually creating Invoices. But that still leaves the concern with having to re-upload the receipt attachments that are originally located on the Expense.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: We are a professional services consulting company so our people incur expenses that we need to bill back to clients on an invoice. The issue arises when I need to send invoices to customers - which often include line items on the invoice to “pay us back” for expenses our consultants incurred while travelling to perform services for clients. When I create those invoices, I need to UPLOAD those same expense receipts to the invoice. (Clients need proof of expenses). What’s important is client needs to be able to view attachment attached from Customer Portal.
