Updated template for 1099 submission

Frequency: Once per year, so this is not high priority

The template for submitting the 1099 file changed starting for the tax year 2023. I manually edited the exported file to submit the 2023 file. It is not a big deal to manually modify the file. It is primarily some column changes and column heading changes.
