Upcoming Hub Revamp!

I believe it’s been mentioned regarding the ability to email documents from the HUB, however, I treat the Hub like a secure portal that also stores sensitive documents (ss#, DL, etc) and would even like an email notification that could be triggered notifying my customer there is a new document load or modified in their Hub (but that document not sent to them) that they need to check (and the email notification has instructions and the hyperlink to that specific Hub category and folder the document is housed in).

These are definitely great ideas. Being able to easily have your customer notified of important documents that are a bit more time-sensitive would be a really great useful feature. Thanks so much for sharing your ideas. Keep them coming. :slight_smile:

Tasks under the Customer Portal doesn’t show the Checklist feature. If would be nice to assign a task to customers (we’re an accounting firm) for them to have to check off to-dos as a collaborative tool.

Intuitively, I was about to share a link to a document in my client’s hub and then I got to thinking the URL it will direct her to won’t be the same as the client portal. Is that right? And if so, than is there a way to share documents with clients securely using the client portal?
