Hello, I am trying to report on my monthly revenue. The Payments section on the Accounting Dashboard does not do everything I need it to. I would like to create a new report. Currently I am not requesting the correct information and have a “blank” report. If someone could please provide direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I would recommend utilizing our Report Builder and creating a Custom Report based on the “Transactions” dataset. Here we can add columns that provide needed information such as the related Customer Name, Transaction Date, and Amount on the Transaction. We can filter this report by “Transaction Type” to only show Payments as a result. You can further refine this report by Grouping by “Customer Name” and Aggregating by “Amount” to get the total per Customer on the report.
