Name of Feature/Request: To Have Collections Workflow Have An Option To Send Out Notifications Automatically
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the option added to allow Collections Workflow Notifications be sent out to customers automatically. Similar to the way Workflow notifications can be sent without going into a Queue. | Frequency: Every time Collections Workflow Notification need to be sent out to customers | Having an automatic option would allow us to be more efficient and insure that notifications are being sent out when they are supposed to. Workflows have the option to send notifications automatically. So to have the Collections Workflow work the same.

Notifications need to be sent out manually in the Collections Workflow Queue
