What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To give access to a user to only receive items on PO without seeing the item value (financial details) or the ability to add bill. | Frequency: every time items are receive against a Po | As customer thinks warehouse employee has no need to know the value of the contracts(PO) that they sell. Their job is to simply receive equipment in. They should have no knowledge of anything financial. Their accounting department enters and pays the bills for the received goods. They want to restrict company financial data to only management level employees.
Attempted Solutions So Far: As of now we don’t have a permission to restrict a user from only receiving items against a PO and not be is able to add bill and view bill details
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: A user who does not have any contract permission is seeing the contract total amount on the Create Bill screen from a PO. This user is strictly receiving in the warehouse. They really should only have permission to receive the PO, not enter a bill but the system does not let them receive unless they have Add-Bill permission. This is a 2-fold issue. | Previously accomplished: As of now user who is allowed to receive items against a Po is able to add bill and view bill details
