Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: When the customer Importsed a file and used the Customer/Vendor Notes column, they followed and completed all the steps. However, upon reviewing the customer information, they noticed that the note did not appear in the Customer/Vendor Notes field on the Dashboard (under the Action buttons). Instead, it was placed in the Description field within the Other widget on the Dashboard—even though the Description field was not an available column in the Sample File.
