Name of Feature/Request: To add Inventory Stock Status Export Permission for Employees
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have an additional permission for Export Permission for Inventory Stock Status Export Permission for Employees | Frequency: Once a week | The customer has requested a view-only permission for their employees concerning this feature. This is to provide easier access to view their available stock without allowing any export capabilities. As a security company, they prioritize maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of their data and want to avoid any potential tampering or unauthorized access to this sensitive information. Allowing only view permissions aligns with their operational needs and ensures the data remains secure.
To add, in our observation indicates that Export Permission is enabled for other Quick Reports within the Purchase and Payables module, except for the Stock Status report.
Attempted Solutions So Far: At the moment no solution has been identified since the permission is non existent.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: The customer was previously a QuickBooks (QB) user. Currently, they have turned off the Stock Status permission, as it is the only permission directly related to this feature.
