Name of Feature/Request: The word “Budget”
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Correctly identify the use of the word “budget” in Striven. Things to Consider: My team has told me “budget” on a task is meant to be whatever the user wants it to be - hours, days, weeks, etc. Burndown report only uses budget as hours, which might not give accurate information if hours was not how the user designated “budget” Original Description: Certification quiz brought this to my attention.The question had something to do with what the word “budget” described in Striven. I checked thru the guides and searched the system for mention of budgets and all I saw was with regard to “hours”. This is not accurate. For example - When you create a task and encounter the “budget” field, it does not state if it means hours, days, dollars, etc. It is assumed it means hours, but as I’m told you can use it to mean whatever you want (unless of course it designates that it is $). The Burndown Report shows budget as Hours. Not sure if this designation was changed but never updated in the report, or if there’s some sort of clarification needed to make sure user knows how the word “budget” is intended.
