Name of Feature/Request: The ability for an administrator to cancel a private meeting or task.
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Things to Consider: | Frequency: Weekly at the moment | Well I feel like this is a security issue. It is allowing a third party site put things in the datebase and our file that ADMINISTRATION has no access to. It doesn’t let admin delete it or view it which concerns this could allow access to unwanted users in the system. This has happpened before where an unauthorized party access striven. Employees shouldn’t be able to store private data in a company database without permission and admin should be allowed to edit that info if needed.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Deleting and canceling or marking unprivate does not fix the issue
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Added by System as Task Type was changed
Request Overview - To be filled out by Striven Team
Original Request: Tech got a hotel reservation in his calendar and it added this automatically and marked them private and I can’t open them. He unmarked still couldn’t open them.
What is the Goal/Topic?: Find out why it can not be deleted

How is the user accomplishing now / past: this has worked in the past
Steps Taken: testing in the system Need to test this in Microsoft, Create an appointment in Microsoft like I did in Google. Check to see if you can remove private from the Microsoft side create a Microsoft account integrated Microsoft Calendar in support squad Created a private meeting in Microsoft calendar then edited it in Microsoft after it appeared in the Striven folder When I did this it did make the Striven appointment non private.
Next Steps: test to see if i can duplicate
Internal Notes: 3/19 testing this to see what Microsoft is doing | Previously accomplished: Daily - we use the feature as currently designed. Its just broken.
