Name of Feature/Request: Show audit on UNSUBSCRIBE on message types
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: We would like to be able to see audit changes on UNSUBSCRIBE on message types.
Customer We send email reminders to customers that there State franchise tax payment is due. Sometimes, they UNSUBSCRIBE from the reminder but don’t pay the franchise tax.
Then when they get a late fee they blame us for not reminding them. We need some proof of when they UNSUBSCRIBED, date and time.
