Name of Feature/Request: Sales Order Hub opens in new tab, cannot navigate back to Sales Order headers in the same browser tab
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: We would like to ask for the functionality previously offered from Collaboration in the sales order hub. Hub used to be combined with Collaboration and open within the same browser tab which made navigation to different areas of the Sales Orders easier. | Frequency: Daily | We would like to ask for the functionality previously offered from Collaboration in the sales order hub. Hub used to be combined with Collaboration and open within the same browser tab which made navigation to different areas of the Sales Orders easier.
Collaboration is where we kept documentation of the full legal agreements (contracts), and production activity (field notes, picking tickets and pictures) for each sales order. From there we were also able to confirm other facets of that particular sales order like change orders, tasks and purchase orders.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Navigate to Hub from a Sales Order and work from there from the new browser tab that opens. Navigation between sales order areas will happen between two browser tabs instead of one.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: We are requesting the functionality previsously offered from collaboration in the sales order hub. Collaboration is were we keep documentation of the legal agreements, and production activity for each sales order. From there we were able to confirm all facets of the particular sales order from check change orders, tasks and purchase orders, etc.

Is that going to be added to the new hub? Once you go there you lose productivity by no naviagation tools (unless I’m missing something)? [17:52] Lewis Anthony: yes [17:53] Lewis Anthony: or to the PO, etc [17:53] Lewis Anthony: or back to the SO [17:54] Lewis Anthony: INfo Assignments Change Orders Tasks PO’s [17:55] Courtney: I am not sure that is something to be added right now. However, one thing you can do is open the Hub in a new browser tab. That will keep your original Sales Order page open, and still allow you to navigate back and forth to different areas in the headers you mentioned. [17:57] Lewis Anthony: Yes, I’m with you on that but it is a loss of productivity. Can you pass it along for future consideration? We certainly don’t want to lose productivity.
