What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow for payment terms such as “Due on the 10th of every month” to be added vs. always requiring a set number of “Term Days”. This will allow for the recall last function on bills to work with different custom payment terms.

I’m wondering why when I add a bill and have “Recall Last” checked it tells me there are no transactions to recall when I just created a few bills from the same vendor. I can see the bills in the Vendor area. Sometimes it will recall transactions (they have to be open and not yet paid, but it doesn’t always work (eg. like today) but it never recalls when the previous bills have been paid. Give me just another moment. [19:54] Courtney: Which information are you looking to recall? For example are you looking for the item to pre-populate? [19:57] Trinadee Grimmett: Well sometimes the previous bill will recall/copy the payment terms, memo, account line, and class of the previous bill. But I can’t figure out why that only happens sometimes and never when the previous bill isn’t open anymore. Even in this case the previous bill IS open and it isn’t recalling. [20:03] Courtney: For this I will need to create a task so I can look into this further. It will require more testing to determine what is going on. Is this ok for you?
