Thank you for attending the pre-release webinar.

And here are the instructions and conditions on logging into the test environment:

  • Striven Public Testing

    • It is a shared environment with other users

    • When clicking the join link, you will become an employee with specific access - right now it is full access but I may change this if I find the need to restrict access over time

    • You MUST use single sign on Gmail or Microsoft to join - if you don’t have one make a free gmail one.

    • This does NOT send out emails other than to @striven or @milesIt - you CAN check the email log for most things.

    • You will have access to this environment for 2 days, after which certain data YOU CREATED will be deactivated/voided as well as your access. You can rejoin as many times as you’d like using the same link.

      • Data that is automatically voided/deactivated

        • Your employee account is set to terminated/deactivated.

        • All transactions will be voided

        • SOs and POs will be cancelled

        • Customer and Company assets will be deactivated

        • Items will be deactivated

        • Tasks/Projects/Milestones are cancelled

        • Hub Contents

        • Future appointments are cancelled

        • Customers are marked as deleted and contacts are deactivated.

      • Other data may be manually deactivated over time for general clean up.

        • Task/Order/Etc Type and Formats

        • Categories

        • Custom Fields

        • Any setting that negatively impacts other user experience.

      • Any data WE at Striven create will be persistent. Feel free to message us if you’d like us to help with something.
