This enhancement aims to improve usability and consistency when managing PO line items, especially for companies with complex purchasing needs. | Frequency: This issue affects us on a daily basis, especially for teams handling high-volume purchasing or multi-vendor POs. Any time a PO contains more than a few items, it becomes difficult to read, review, and approve without a way to logically group or re-order the items. | Re-prioritize line items as project scopes change

This helps in organizing items by vendor, category, or priority, and makes large purchase orders more readable and manageable. Currently, PO line items appear in the order entered and cannot be adjusted afterward, which limits flexibility. | Previously accomplished: Currently, the line items in Purchase Orders (POs) are entered in the order they are added, with no built-in functionality to re-order or group them after entry. To manage this limitation, users often manually insert section headers or notes between line items to simulate grouping. In some cases, items are deleted and re-entered in the desired order, which is inefficient and error-prone.
