Name of Feature/Request: PDF Invoice Attachment Global setting under Customer settings

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the Attache Invoice as a PDF setting be automated as accounts are added. | Frequency: Each time a new customer is added (Daily) | Their Customers are requiring the PDF attachment so that they can use software like Bills.com to pay bills automatically. Not having this automated would require manual update of each account as they are created.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Could run a one time script but this needs to happen automatically when accounts are created through APIs
