What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: API should allow update an item group because it’s allowed in the Striven UI. | Frequency: Operations | This is Importsant for the customer because their operations are highly API-dependent. They rely on API integrations to efficiently manage and update their orders, especially since changes to orders occur frequently.
Having the ability to update orders via the API would significantly streamline their workflow, reducing the time and effort required to make manual updates through the UI. Additionally, using the API provides a more secure and consistent method for making changes, helping them maintain data accuracy and process integrity across their systems.
Currently, the lack of this functionality is preventing them from performing the necessary updates through the API, which is a critical part of their process. As a result, they are unable to fully automate or handle updates as needed, which directly impacts their ability to manage this case and others like it.
Attempted Solutions So Far: The only updates that were possible had to be done manually through the User interface.
