Name of Feature/Request: Multiple Signers For Form Approvals
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: This happens with every new hire that is a direct employee. | Having this integration would allow for us to move all of our onboarding process to be inside striven and would allow for us to keep better records for our organization on both the school side/Customer side and the church side as well as have the documents look more professional when the employee and/or customer is reviewing it to sign.
Attempted Solutions So Far: We created several work arounds, from forms processes to using surveys to sales orders inside striven but the best one is using adobe to have these forms and contracts completed and signed. Adobe allows for us to update the form regularly and make it easily reusable by making it a template using the fillable forms feature inside adobe.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Currently the striven form is broken up into 2 separate documents for the I-9, and there was a recent change to the form on October 2023, so we switched to using adobe sign so that our new hires could fill out the form and attached their ID and then our HR Representative can complete the employer section all within the same document. other documents like the W-4 and W-9 do not print/show on PDF form properly some have signatures split between pages, and some don’t show all of the options like the forms do in their original state.
