What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Improve real-time discussion thread notifications. | Frequency: not frequent - only when someone is replying to the same thread at the same time. | If two people reply at the same time it causes duplicate communications or incorrect communications which is particularly a problem for discussions including external parties like customers.
