1.3 As an Account Manager/Customer, I want to be able to utilize this report as an overview of the state of my account. This will allow the Account Manager to save time creating reports manually. This will allow the customers to export this on their end without having to go through the Account Manager.
Success Criteria:
Section: Requested By and Task Count
Add a header “Task Counts Per Contact”
Update this section to include the last month.
Section: Asset Name and Task Count
Remove this section entirely.
This section is unhelpful as the AM and Customer are not able to click on any areas to review what each asset is.
The customers are not able to view most of the assets on their end listed.
It doesn’t list the tasks associated with the assets.
Section: Tasks
Need some clarification on the following columns and where the data is actually pulled from.
Task Date - Need to update this to reflect Task Created.
Add column for task completion date.
Notes - Remove this column as it’s not helpful.
The remaining columns can remain the same.
Update configuration to list tasks created or opened from the last month.
Update configuration to only list tasks with the below task types:
IT-Support
IT-Security Event
IT-Information Request
IT-Add/Move/Change
Request Form: New User and/or Computer
Request Form: Remove User/Employee
Minor Website Update
IT-Support-Backup Issue/Failure
IT-Onsite Task
IT-Security Questionnaire Request
IT-User Device Setup
IT-Support-Phish Alert
Include all Project Management marked Done in the last month.
Add a column with the Status Note and the last dated regardless of when it was last updated.
Add a column with the Project Manager (Person Responsible)
Section: Appointments
Ensure all open appointments within the next month are listed.
Section: Transactions
Ensure all transactions opened or closed within the last month are listed.
Section: Open Balance
Ensure all open balances are listed.
Remove Sales Order # as it doesn’t pull that information currently unless this can be added.
Section: Opportunities
Ensure all opportunities are listed that are relevant to the customer. This should be all opportunities except the following stages:
Sold unless sold within the last month.
Canceled
Not Approved, No longer needed
Closed
Section: Orders
Ensure this section includes all sales orders marked completed within the last month.
Section: Documents modified or uploaded in HUB
Ensure this is all documents within the last month.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Modifications that can be made using the current functions in the Statement Template are in the process of being requested to get added.
