What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To manually add or Imports banking information into Striven when bank can’t be found. | Frequency: Every time they try to connect their account | Customer does not want to open a new bank account.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: I need to upload to or link my business checking account to my striven checking GL account. Not sure how to do this correctly. I could not find my bank available in the online banking and I am not sure the proper method to Imports the CSV statements. Any help is appreciated! | Previously accomplished: Customer has been able to input or Imports banking information into other systems. Currently, can’t use their bank in Striven.
