What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When Item level Class Tracking is required make the field available and required on the Vendor Portal when the Vendors enter in BillsThings to Consider: If the class is required and cannot be added through the portal then it will manually need to be updatedSuggested Alternative Solutions: Immediate resolution is to create a custom column in the billing section and have it required. The custom columns values will be select from the existing list of Tenant Locations(Class). The Vendor will populate the custom field. A striven user Labling Diagnostics will then update the line items on the Vendor Inputted bills with the correct class by item.Original Description:
