When making a change to the Company Accounts hours of operation this can only be done through the GUI.

Have the ability to set the Customer Account Hours of Operation in the Post Customer API.

Want to have the ability to set the Customer Account Hours of Operation in the Post Customer API. We’re pursuing potentially making some updates to our customers’ service metrics settings in IT, namely those that are 24/7 customers. There is no back end way to adjust certain customers back to M-F 7am-6pm hours of support in bulk if we were to adjust the global settings to 24/7, since all new IT customers are 24/7.
