Name of Feature/Request: Have Customer Location available in the Appointment location
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Provide an offline solution that will keep track of address and contact information | Frequency: Daily | The customer is looking for a solution to having Customer data available when there is no Network Connectivity. They found that integrated calendars are available offline such as Google Calendar. Since Appointments sync with the calendar they are able to view Striven appointments offline through the Google Calendar. They are looking to get more customer information populated into the Appointment such as customer-account’s locations. If the location could be selected from the Appointment location drop down and then the location address be passed to the Google Calendar.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Google Calendar is available off line so getting the information into the Appointment to sync with the Google Calendar helps resolve the issue of access customer information when there is not network connectivity.
