What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have custom fields carry over from task to task when using the "Duplicate FeatureThings to Consider: This customer works for AT&T as the customer installing lines from public assets to private residences Power Pole to House. So all there work is done under the AT&T customer but the locations are private residences they use custom fields to track the private residence locations. Attempted Solutions So Far: With the role out of the Enterprise plan limits on custom fields for Tasks we have been working on breaking out tasks into two types. When we use the duplicate task option there are specific custom fields they would like to map over to the new task.
We are working with exporting tasks and then Importsing them as a new task type instead of duplicating them.
