Name of Feature/Request: Links that would bring up a different page for internal or external users
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to have one link that when clicked will brings internal user to the internal version of the item, but when an external contact clicks it it brings them to the version of that item in their customer portal. | Frequency: Every day | When communicating with external contacts where they would be able to access the information in their customer portal, it would be great to have a link that when I click it brings me to the internal version of the item, but when an external contact clicks it it brings them to the version of that item in their customer portalExample: I am working with a customer on their bill. I would like a link that if I click on it would bring me to the internal version of that bill, but when the customer clicks on it they would go to the bill in the customer portal.
