Good Afternoon
@Christina Barton, peace and light. Hope all is well and you are having a good day so far.

So I was able to do some research and spoke with my team, and the doc that Striven has you using for hours and earnings is about five years old, so that may be the reason the Importss have not been working. However, I did uploaded a whole
Workforce Now Imports Guide into Launchpad , and with that, that can be used between you and Striven. Before the next payroll , you and Striven can try to a test run to see if the guide is able to help you Imports without manually imputing hours. If not, then
I can set up a call with me, you, a Striven rep, and my manager to see what we can do to solve this before the next payroll.
