What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Enable the ability to group Item Groups within another Item Group, allowing for a multi-level item hierarchy (e.g., Level 3 items grouped under Level 2, and Level 2 grouped under Level 1) | Frequency: Currently, we use separate line items or custom fields to simulate a hierarchy, but this is not ideal. It becomes difficult to organize and present estimates in a structured way, leading to inefficiencies in both internal tracking and customer communication. | We want to present estimates in a clear, organized way where work sections (e.g., “Finish Work”) contain subcategories (e.g., “Trim” and “Tile”), which further break down into labor, materials, and other costs.Instead of creating workarounds, having this feature will streamline the process and reduce manual adjustments.
