What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the subject of an email when you are @ tagged in a task be something like “Person X has tagged you in task Y” instead of “Reply: In reference…” that you get when a discussion is updated. Customer Requirements: Things to Consider: When dealing with as many tasks as a support manager does, it can be easy to miss when someone directly tags you. Most of the discussion updates aren’t necessary for us to see. Being notified when you are directly tagged would help you prioritize that task and get to it quicker than you normally would because it would stand out from the rest of the updated discussions.This would also allow for filtering into a folder for direct tags that can be monitored more often than other emails.
